Taisha Kaaialii
Taisha is the founder and owner of Genesis New Beginnings Behavioral Health. She is a full-time National Board Certified Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Clinician. She holds a Masters in Psychology and a second Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Taisha has worked for years with early childhood, children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She worked extensively with military families and blended families. She works from a strength-based approach helping clients gain an understanding of their life’s narrative when dealing with everything from past trauma to PTSD, ADHD, ODD, anxiety, depression, court ordered therapy, reunion and reintegration, divorce, behavior management and modification, autism and more. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with family and staying active.

Sarah Willard
Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from La Salle University in Philadelphia. She has experience working with substance abuse and addiction, specifically in prevention/diversion, intensive outpatient, and inpatient programs. Sarah has also worked closely with those involved in the criminal justice system. Beginning in 2017, she has worked in private practice, primarily treating adolescents and adults with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, ADHD, relationship challenges, codependency, addictions, eating disorders, self-harm behaviors, self-esteem issues, and grief/loss.
In her personal time, she enjoys prioritizing self-care by doing yoga or pilates and spending time in nature. She also likes to challenge herself by trying new things.

Kara Wattoo
Kara is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She attended St. Mary’s College of California for Developmental Psychology and holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology- Marriage and Family Therapy. She also attended The University of Mississippi and obtained a Specialist Degree in Education for Play Therapy. Kara has been working as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2011, seeing children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She is experienced in treating various diagnoses throughout her career. In her personal time, she enjoys watching the Vegas Golden Knights, working out and spending time with family and friends.

Monika Muy
Monika is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She holds a Master’s in Social work from California University of Stanislaus State. Monika has worked with various populations ranging from high and at-risk youth at short-term residential treatment programs to private non-profit counseling agencies. She has provided school-based mental health services along with services for Victims of Crime and Child Abuse Treatment Programs. She has also worked in the Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare Programs. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Aggression Replacement Training, crisis management, and safety planning. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling to different places she hasn’t been before.

Carmella Berry
Carmela is a Clinical Professional Counselor- Intern. She holds a Master in Professional Counseling and Post Masters of Science in Trauma from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, Arizona. Carmela has been in practice for almost 2 years as a licensed intern. She works with people of all ages and with a broad range of diagnoses. Her goal is to improve and enhance the coping and quality of life for those she treats. Her specialties include working with populations who are struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, and other mood impairing conditions. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, roller skating, hiking, exploring nature, cycling, and yoga

Kendra Bott is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix. Kendra has worked as a school counselor for the last seven years while also seeing patients at her own private practice. She has worked with children, teens, and adults and specializes in parent education, assisting those diagnosed with ADHD, body image resilience, and bibliotherapy. In her personal time, she likes to be with family/friends, read, travel, and spend time in nature.

Tonja is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She holds a Master’s of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University in Los Alamitos, California. Tonja is a certified Grief Recovery Specialist and works with adults and children with anxiety, trauma, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, and grief as well as adults in transition or those with gambling addictions. She uses EMDR to address core trauma. In her spare time, she enjoys practicing Reiki, fine dining, investing in IPO's and writing novels

Sandra is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She hold a Masters in Social Work from University of Denver, Colorado. She has 25 plus years clinical experience including intensive in-home family therapy for 7 years as well as in-office clinical experience in North Dakota, South Dakota and Nevada. Her specialty is Trauma, Teens. In her personal time she enjoys nature, camping, and quiet evenings by the campfire.

Jermaine Simpkins
Jermaine Simpkins is a passionate community program creator dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the fight against homelessness. With a Master's degree in Sociological Practice from California State University, Jermaine specializes in analyzing social data, equipping him with the skills to utilize both qualitative and quantitative data in developing effective programs tailored to community needs.
Over the past seven years, Jermaine has been at the forefront of program creation in Las Vegas, where he has designed and implemented innovative solutions to address the challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness. His deep understanding of the complex factors contributing to homelessness allows him to create comprehensive programs that not only provide immediate assistance but also promote sustainable pathways to recovery and stability.
Jermaine’s evidence-based approach emphasizes continual assessment and improvement, ensuring that his initiatives are both impactful and responsive to the evolving needs of the community. By collaborating with local organizations, government agencies, and community leaders, he has successfully launched several programs that enhance access to essential services, housing support, and mental health resources to populations previously hard to reach.

Jonathen is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. He holds a Master’s of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University of Phoenix, Arizona. Jonathen has worked with teenagers in Juvenile Detention and with juvenile drug court in Carson City Nevada. He has also worked with the early assessment and support alliance for early psychosis in Oregon. Jonathen specializes in depression, anxiety, psychosis, trauma, and PTSD. In his spare time, he enjoys participating in Fish Kayak tournaments and spending time with family.
